Do I need to know how many units I want?
No. Tell us what you notice when you smile, raise your eyebrows, or frown. Your provider can recommend an amount after seeing how your face moves.
Can I use the offer if I’ve had Botox elsewhere?
Yes, if you’re a new patient at Millennia. If you’ve been here before, you can still request a call about regular pricing.
Does submitting the quiz book an appointment?
